The design concept combines clean lines, strategic lighting, and high-quality finishes to reflect UGI’s identity. Space planning was optimized to ensure smooth circulation, maximize display areas, and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
Scope of Work
Concept & Detailed Design – Layouts, 3D renders, and final material selection.
Fit-Out Works – Partitions, flooring, ceilings, MEP coordination, and joinery.
Custom Furniture & Fixtures – Bespoke counters, shelving units, and storage solutions.
Lighting & Signage – Energy-efficient LED lighting and branded signage.
Turnkey Handover – Delivered as a ready-to-operate retail space.
